The statistics hub can be accessed by clicking on the human icon and then Statements. Once you are in the statements section, click on the Statistics tab
If a Creator stops posting, their account is paused automatically until they choose to start posting again. When your account is inactive, new subscribers cannot sign up to your FAN5 page. You will receive emails from us about your Creator account.
All messages/chats with creators where no payments have been made will disappear once your subscription has expired. In order for chats and messages to remain in a read-only mode, you have to purchase the content through Pay Per View (PPV).
Click on the Message button on your subscriber's page. You will see the New Message pop-up window and your current Messages. There are 2 buttons on the left side of the message field to upload media and to set a price.
There is no FAN5 app. Hosting FAN5 on website and mobile allows us to update FAN5 without asking you to constantly update your app. Our technology is always changing and we hope to deliver the best product to you.

Navigate to the user in question's profile. On the top right of their profile, click the 3 dot icon. Select 'Report'. This function will also automatically block the user from messaging you or viewing your account.
Link your Twitter and Spotify accounts easily. Simply add your social account link when signing up as a Creator. These need to be real social media profiles that belong to you, solely for verification purposes.
You can easily sign up with your existing Twitter account. Simply select 'Log In With Twitter' on the home page of the FAN5 website and log in with your Twitter credentials.
